Very pleased with the whole process from Mark letting us see and touch the product in the showroom in Swindon (many don’t!), to a transparent price breakdown, no “buy now pressure for our best deal” unlike the bigger “national” brands and the initial fitters Sean and Jay did a great job and kept disruption to a minimum, one week for a lot of windows and doors.
We had a couple of snags but these were all rectified and were the manufacturers fault not Emerald but this was all dealt with by Emerald. Would definitely recommend!
