It’s been a difficult time for everyone, but our team are committed to getting back to a new normal as soon as we safely can. With this in mind, we are carrying out installation projects now as many customers are wanting to improve & extend their homes.
We promise to keep you safe at all points of your journey with us. From your showroom visit to an installation project, we have made many changes to our procedures in line with government guidelines to ensure we are all as safe as possible.
We have been reducing face to face contact by increasing our digital contact methods. We offer virtual appointments for those that want to contact us for quotes. For any surveys & the installations themselves, we will make sure we stay 2 metres away from you & your family. All of our installation team will have face masks available which will be used if it’s not possible to stay 2 metres apart during an installation job. We will be expecting all our fitters to travel separately if they live in different households, and if the job will be taking more than 1 day, the same fitters will return to lessen the exposure to different households. Our team of fitters will not take breaks inside your home or interact with children and pets again to be extra cautious.
We will make sure that our vehicles and equipment, especially where they are shared between staff, are regularly cleaned. The shared tools will also be disinfected and cleaned after every job. Our fitters will have hand sanitiser & disinfectant wipes to keep both their vehicles and key elements in your home, like door handles, clean.
This will be especially important for both our customers & team to be on top of. Prior to visiting a customer, we will get in touch to confirm that the household members are free from the virus & key symptoms like a new continuous cough or a high temperature. The same will apply to our team, we won’t take any risks so any staff showing symptoms will be sent home and will following the most up to date government guidance.
As well as these new measures for installation projects, we have taken the time to change our showroom & office. These spaces are now are separated with a wall of windows, meaning we can communicate with our customers through the window without having to be in the same room.
We also need to strictly enforce appointment only showroom visits to ensure everyone’s safety is kept as the top priority. For this reason, we can’t allow any walk-ins and will have to ask you to book an appointment. We will do our best to find the most convenient time slot for you.
We appreciate all the local support & on-going customer loyalty throughout these challenging times.
