In February of this year, Emerald Windows and Doors had the pleasure of working on a beautiful lakeside home in Fairford, Gloucestershire.
The homeowners were in search of a quality product that not only would deliver on energy efficiency and security, but also looked the part, and was in keeping with their already beautiful property.
It was no surprise, that with the help of the Emerald team, they landed on Infinity flush casement windows and doors to achieve their requirements.
Mr and Mrs Beer initially visited our Swindon showroom, where they were able to compare the different range of uPVC windows we had to offer. They were also able to decide on the finer details, such as colour, glass, and furniture.
As the project was for 17 windows and two French doors, it was important that they could decide on replacement double glazing that they were sure to love for years to come.
Mr and Mrs Beer choose Agate Grey externally, and Heritage White internally, with black handles. Their existing windows had leaded glass, which they wanted to keep in their new windows and doors to maintain the property’s character. As a result, they opted for square leaded glass.
Once the windows and doors had been manufactured, it was time for the installation team to get to work. The installation was completed in less than a week, during which our installers were delighted to be working on a property with such attractive scenery, and with lovely customers too.
Following the installation, the homeowners were delighted with the results, so much so that they shared this 5-star review on our Yell and Google page:
‘I cannot recommend Emerald Windows and doors highly enough, we had 17 windows installed so were naturally concerned about everything. However we need not have worried, the customer service we received from our initial meeting to the finished result has been first class. Also, communication, adaptability, workmanship and willingness to go one step further. The fitters were excellent in particular Sean, who was clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced plus courteous and helpful. There was no mess and the finished result is excellent. Thank you.’
Not only were the homeowners impressed by the result, Deceuninck saw our photos on social media and arranged for a photographer of their own to visit the property.
Infinity uPVC windows are a premium product for high-end installation projects, which features a seamless corner weld design, which sets them apart from the vast array of uPVC windows available on the market. The smooth corner weld creates a timber effect corner joint, meaning they have the elegance and style of traditional timber, but with all the benefits of modern uPVC, such as A+ rated energy efficiency.
We loved helping these Gloucestershire homeowners complete their home improvement project and take great pride in knowing it was another job done right.
